SENIOR PASTOR
Dan McAnney is married to Marcy (Dodd) McAnney. They have four children, Danielle, Cassidy, Erin and Shannon. Dan began ministering at Hammonton Assembly of God in Hammonton, NJ in 1992. Dan is the Vice President of South Jersey Youth Alliance; an organization formed in 1999 with Rev. Preston Centuolo focused on uniting communities for the benefit of teenagers.
Dan was born in Santa Cruz, California to Howard and Joann McAnney. He has an older sister Becki and an older brother Jim. When he was two years old his family moved to Woodstown, New Jersey where his father pioneered an Assembly of God Church. The McAnney family remained in South Jersey ministering together at various churches until divorce separated the family and he moved with his mother to Oklahoma. Dan finished his education in Oklahoma attending the University of Oklahoma and earning a Bachelor of Interior Design. After college he continued work in Oklahoma for a few years before moving back home to New Jersey.
Upon moving back to New Jersey, Dan began working in youth ministry at Hammonton Assembly of God under Rev. Carl Colletti. He soon began studying in the Berean School of the Bible and became a Certified Assembly of God Minister in 1999. Dan continued as a youth minister until 2005 when He became an Associate Pastor to Rev. Steve Goodwin. He is now a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and continues to serve God at Hammonton Assembly of God and through other ministries in the community. Dan's life goal is to serve God in such a way that He will say, "Well done, good and faithful servant."
